Digital Products
Products sold through Values Driven Behavior are digital resources unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. No physical product will be shipped for items identified as digital downloads.

License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing or within the resource, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource for their own personal, professional, or educational purposes.
For clinicians, educators, supervisors, and other professionals, this includes using purchased resources in your own work with the clients, learners, families, supervisees, or teams you personally serve.
You may print or reproduce copies as reasonably necessary for your own permitted use.
Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the resource.
You May Not
Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared publicly, or provided to others for their independent use.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading files to shared drives, resource libraries, websites, social media platforms, or other locations where individuals who did not purchase the resource can access them.
- Sharing purchased files with colleagues for their independent use.
- Reselling or redistributing the original files or modified versions of them.
- Claiming the resources or their content as your own work.
- Using substantial portions of a resource to create a competing product for sale or distribution.

Professional and Educational Information
Resources provided by Values Driven Behavior are intended for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized professional judgment, assessment, treatment planning, medical care, legal advice, or other professional services.
Behavior analysts and other professionals are responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for the individuals they serve and for using resources in accordance with their professional responsibilities, applicable ethical requirements, scope of competence, and relevant laws and regulations.
Use of this website or purchase of a resource does not create a professional-client relationship between the purchaser or user and Values Driven Behavior or Michelle Szydlowski.

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content, text, graphics, worksheets, tools, and other materials sold or displayed by Values Driven Behavior are protected intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create unauthorized derivative products from these materials beyond the permitted use described above.
Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected as required.
Refunds
Because digital products are available electronically after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded.
