ACT Therapy Pillow, Psychological Flexibility Tool & Therapist Office Decor

$35.99

When you feel stuck, what are you willing to try? A double-sided pillow with the ACTions Wheel: signs of being stuck and actions to try for all six ACT processes. Office decor that doubles as a therapy tool.

Description

When you feel stuck, what are you willing to try?

The ACTions Wheel Pillow turns Acceptance and Commitment Therapy concepts into a practical visual that can live right in the therapy space.

Designed for counselors, therapists, BCBAs, educators, and other helping professionals, this double-sided pillow goes beyond decoration. Pick it up during a conversation, explore what may be keeping someone stuck, and identify another response they might be willing to try.

FRONT — The ACTions Wheel

The wheel organizes the six core ACT processes into an approachable visual:

Present Moment • Values • Committed Action • Self as Context • Defusion • Acceptance

For each process, the wheel includes:

Signs of Being Stuck — observable patterns that may indicate an area where greater flexibility could be helpful.

What I Could Try — concrete prompts and strategies for experimenting with a different response.

Rather than prescribing one “right” coping strategy, the wheel encourages curiosity:

What are you willing to try?

BACK — Pause • Choose • Try • Adjust

Turn the pillow over for a simple four-step prompt:

PAUSE — What am I doing right now?

Notice the pattern before automatically doing more of the same.

CHOOSE — What kind of response fits this moment?

Use the wheel to explore a process or strategy that might help.

TRY — What’s one small thing I’m willing to try?

It doesn’t have to feel comfortable or work perfectly. Give it a try.

ADJUST — What happened when I tried it?

Notice what worked. Change what didn’t. Try another move when needed.

Flexibility is trying, noticing, and adjusting.

A therapy tool hiding in plain sight

Keep it on a counseling-office couch, therapy chair, classroom reading area, or clinical workspace. It’s there when you want a visual prompt—but when you don’t, it simply looks like thoughtful office decor.

The ACTions Wheel can support conversations around psychological flexibility, rigid responding, uncomfortable private events, values, willingness, perspective taking, and trying alternative responses.

It also makes a thoughtful gift for therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers, BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and other helping professionals.

Pair it with The Noticing Wheel and Values Wheel to create a coordinated ACT-informed set:

NOTICE — What’s showing up?

VALUES — What matters?

ACT — What am I willing to try?
